National 4-H Week will be Oct. 2-8. Lancaster County 4-H is encouraging local 4-H'ers to wear a 4-H shirt to school on Wednesday, Oct. 5 and post a photo of yourself on social media using #TrueLeaders

The Fall 2016 4-H Paper Clover Campaign will take place Oct. 5–16. Shoppers at both Lincoln Tractor Supply Company stores will have the opportunity to support 4-H by purchasing paper clovers for a $1 or more at checkout. All funds raised will be donated to 4-H.
The University of Nebraska–Lincoln is hosting its annual Animal Science Open House on Oct. 3, 6-8 p.m. at the Animal Science Complex on UNL East Campus. Middle and high school students interested a degree focusing on companion animals, horses or livestock can meet faculty and get information.
