Gana Farms and Gateway Genetics is hosting a Stock Show University free fitting clinic and showmanship demonstration on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 4 p.m. at the Gana Sale facility in Martell. Open to all youth and adults. Enhance your knowledge of proper show day preparation and showmanship skills.
This year’s 4-H Dog Skill-a-Thon will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at the Lancaster County Extension office, 444 Cherrycreek Rd, Lincoln. The deadline for many 4-H award and college scholarship applications is Dec. 31. Awards include: Diamond Clover, Community Service, Career Portfolios, Outstanding 4-H Member and Clubs of Excellence. Recipients will be announced at Lancaster County Achievement Celebration on Feb. 16, 2017.
