New Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (formerly Quality Assurance) requirements have been expanded to include ALL livestock exhibitors (not just those showing market animals). 4-H Livestock ID/Ownership requirements for showing at State Fair and/or AKSARBEN Stock Show have changed for 2018.

All 4th and 5th graders are invited to 4-H Teen Council’s annual overnight Lock-In which will be held Friday, Jan. 19, 8 p.m.–Saturday, Jan. 20, 8 a.m. at the Lancaster Extension Education Center. This year’s theme will be "Light Up the Night!" Cost is $20 per person. Registrations due by Jan. 17.
