6:00 p.m., Jan. 18, Art, Art History & Design Student Night at Sheldon

Sheldon Museum of Art is hosting a special Student Night for the School of Art, Art History & Design including free pizza, a screening of the documentary "Hairy Who and the Chicago Imagists," and a short discussion of the film with Professor Aaron Holz. Student night begins at 6:00 p.m.

The Chicago Imagists was a group of artists that began exhibiting together in the late 1960s, many of whom studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Their work is largely figurative and features vibrant color and distorted bodies. Works by the Imagists are on view at Sheldon during Spring 2018.
