Brazilian professor Thiago Romanelli joined the BSE department August 7 as a Research Fulbright Scholar and will serve here until December.

"I expect to evaluate the energy efficiency of crop management, lecture about energy flows in ag systems and help build UNL-ESALQ joint actions," Romanelli said. "I am also interested in the economic viability of technological adoption and multiscale decision making for agriculture."

Currently working out of 234 Chase Hall, Romanelli comes from the College of Agriculture (ESALQ) of the University of Sao Paulo where he is an associate professor.
