Here is some important information in regards to time entry and time approvers. This applies to students, temps, on-calls, and permanent, regular biweekly staff.

-Hours must be entered by 5pm every Friday for the proceeding pay week.
-For example, your time for Friday, October 6th through Thursday, October 12th must be entered and released by Friday, October 13th.
-Time approvers will need to complete the approval of hours by Tuesdays. Time approvers are only notified via email the day after employees release their time.
-No hours entered or approved means NO PAY!!!
-This applies to students, temps, on-calls, and permanent, regular biweekly staff.

Chris will send a reminder email to you on Thursdays to enter your time/hours by the end of business on Fridays. On Mondays, she will run reports to ensure everyone’s hours have been entered and approved. If any issues pop up, Chris will contact you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Chris.
