Description of Work:
This position is responsible for conducting and coordinating evaluation activities for the Nebraska Resource Project for Vulnerable Young Children at CCFL. The individual will collaborate with the Co-Directors and Research Assistant Professor to: design evaluation plans, design measures, conduct and/or manage data collection activities, analyze data and interpret findings, develop evaluation reports and presentations, develop data summaries to be disseminated and help a wide variety of stakeholders to understand evaluation results. The Project Evaluator will supervise evaluation tasks performed by graduate research assistants and undergraduate student workers.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, research methods, program evaluation, or a closely related field of study required. Two years of experience in applied research methodology and program evaluation required. Must have experience in social sciences research methods. Proficiency using SPSS or other statistical analysis software and conducting statistical analysis and interpretation required. Experience must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced coursework in program evaluation and statistical analysis preferred. Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and constituencies preferred. Advanced knowledge and skills in statistical analysis desirable. Familiarity with juvenile court system and early childhood principles preferred.
