The conference will be held here at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (at the Union) on Nov 8 & 9 - it is an international, but small, conference of researchers and practitioners interested in temperament. Here's the website for the conference: http://cyfs.unl.edu/otc2014/.

Cost is $200 for faculty, $125 for students.
The 20th Occasional Temperament Conference (OTC) will take place Nov. 8-9, 2014, on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's City Campus. Termed "occasional" because it occurs on a roughly biennial basis, the conference typically draws between 60 and 80 temperament-focused researchers, students and clinicians from around the world. Its relatively small scale allows for ample interaction among attendees, with prominent experts, practitioners, early career scholars and students mingling across formal and informal settings. This makes the OTC one of the best opportunities for networking with individuals well-versed in practice and research related to the discipline.

The OTC's sequential structure gives participants the opportunity to attend each of the conference's presentations, which are given by invited speakers with a wealth of knowledge and experience surrounding various facets of temperament. OTC attendees may also submit posters for review by conference organizers, with accepted submissions going on display throughout the two-day event.
