Join us for a poster-making workshop this Friday—as there are a number of marches, protests, and counter-protests coming up.
The workshop is open to all artistic ability levels and political views. We aim to create a positive, inclusive experience for all—so please select your images and words with care and respect.
Bring:
1. Your poster-sized ideas, slogans, words, images, and/or sketches.
2. Materials you may want to bring for your sign and to share. Such as:* Posterboard, cardboard, markers, foamcore, acrylic paint, brushes, foam brushes, stencils, xacto knives, erasers, tape, glue, staple guns...
*Some tools will be available in the studio, but bring all the materials you think you’ll need to make your sign. Keep your dimensions manageable, and strike a balance between durability and portability. Bringing extra materials to share is encouraged!
