ACM Computer Programming Practices and Contest

ACM Computer Programming Contest
ACM Computer Programming Contest

CSE students with an interest in improving their computer programming skills are invited to join the ACM Computer Programming Practices. All are welcome to any of the sessions.

Practices:
* Mondays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Room 21, beginning Aug. 29
—For those new to contests or programming.

* Fridays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Room 347, beginning this Friday, Aug. 26
—Please bring a laptop if you have one.

All students are welcome to attend even if they do not have an interest in participating in the upcoming programming contest (date to be determined), as there are many benefits to practicing besides just getting better at coding quickly and accurately and improving your problem solving skills.

Students who are interested in competing in the contest should attend a subset of weekly sessions and speak with Jeff Ifland.
