The 10 companies who participated in the department's Reverse Pitch event will be inviting students explore their offices and job opportunities throughout November.
The State of the Practice events will give students the opportunity to ask more questions and get to know the companies a little better. The companies will pair up in teams of two or three at one office to host an employee Q&A panel, give an office tour, talk with students about positions and provide free food.

State of the Practice with Firespring and Nelnet
Thursday, November 2
7–9 p.m.

State of the Practice with Hudl and Don't Panic Labs
Tuesday, November 7
4–6 p.m.
Nebraska Global Barnyard
—The first 50 students to reserve tickets via EventBrite will receive free tickets to the Husker men's basketball exhibition game following the event.
State of the Practice with Assurity, Sandhills Publishing, and Pen-Link
Thursday, November 16
7–9 p.m.
The Assurity office
State of the Practice event with Spreetail, Ameritas and Talent+
Tuesday, November 28
5–7 p.m.
The Spreetail office (located inside Nebraska Innovation Campus)
Dress for these events is casual, so students may dress as they are comfortable.
