The CSE Ambassadors and Computer Science Student Advisory Board are teaming up to host the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s first official undergraduate hackathon.

CornHacks is a weekend hackathon that will take place in Avery Hall on Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15. Hacking will begin on at 10 a.m. on Saturday and end at 10 p.m. Hacking will resume again on Sunday at 10 a.m. and wrap up at 1:30 p.m.

CornHacks will be great opportunity for undergraduate students to create a cool project for their resumes and portfolios, develop new skills, gain learning experiences, meet other students, and network with members of the industry who will be sponsoring and judging the event.

CornHacks is a free event for all University of Nebraska–Lincoln students who wish participate—and that includes all meals for the weekend. Free t-shirts and more than $3,000 worth of prizes will be given away at the event.
