Known in the engineering industry as “The Engineering Career Coach,” Anthony Fasano has been helping engineers create their own amazing
careers.

While struggling with his own career path, Fasano said he realized the key to becoming a successful engineer was to have both technical and
effective interpersonal skills.

Fasano is founder and CEO of Powerful Purpose Associates, dedicated to helping engineers develop their non-technical skills for successful careers.

Fasano received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. He wrote the book, Engineer Your Own Success: 7 Key Elements to Creating an Extraordinary Engineering Career,focusing on how engineers can better their non-technical skills and advance in their careers.

He is also the author of A Daily Boost From Your Professional Partner TM, a free personalized e-mail that reaches thousands of engineers worldwide. He has received several engineering awards and is acting president of the Rockland Chapter (NY) National Society of Professional Engineers.
