"Control Diabetes for Life," a program by University of Nebraska-Lincoln, will be featured on NET2 this month.
The program is scheduled to air on NET2 Aug. 23 at 8 p.m. and on Aug. 26 at 2 p.m.
The program provides research-based information to help people with diabetes make appropriate food choices to better manage the disease.
Presenters include Debra Schroeder, UNL extension educator; Stacie Petersen, registered nurse and certified diabetes educator of Franciscan Care Services; and Deborah Willcox, registered dietician, LMNT, with Franciscan Care Services of West Point.
