Semester-long program with 20 hours of work per week, fitted around class schedule. Based largely in the World-Herald's Lincoln bureau, with some travel to Omaha or on assignment.
Positions: Three fellowships available for reporters
Qualifications:
Completion of Real World class by start of fellowship. Completion of Beginning Reporting. Ideally, previous journalism internship.
Compensation:
Minimum wage for hours worked; three hours class credit, tuition-paid; $2,500 stipend after successful conclusion of the semester.
Deadline:
Campus visit Oct. 25. We plan to notify students of our selections by early November.
