AroundCampus Group is seeking Outside Sales Summer Interns to help connect local businesses with your college campus by selling advertisements that will appear in the Student Planner, on AroundCampus.com, CollegiateParent.com, and our UConnection mobile app.
As an Outside Sales Summer Intern, you will:
-Learn the fundamentals of the sales process through our proven 7 step model
-Step outside your comfort zone and learn about your local community
-Receive extensive hands on sales training to prepare you for the internship
-Develop pertinent interpersonal communication skills
-Become skilled at building professional sales relationships with local businesses
-Learn how to prospect new and renewal clients
-Become an expert in time and account management
-Gain professional sales knowledge
-Connect with our Career Partner Network
-Grow resume building skills, that will help you stand out in a competitive market
-Work Monday-Friday 8:30 AM -5:30 PM during the summer
-Need reliable transportation and housing near your local college campus
