Essential Job Functions:
-Write, customize, create and evolve proposal content including executive summary, technical approach, past performances and references
-Lead proposal kick off meetings, establish a win theme, assignment of Subject Matter Experts (SME), create and manage proposal timelines, write to the actual proposal and overall management of the timeline.
-Create Compliance Matrixes to ensure proposal submissions are compliant with the applicable RFI/RFP instructions
