These internships will run from mid-May to mid-August 2018, ending with our annual company trip.
The Spreetail Software team builds in-house solutions to facilitate the business needs of departments like accounting, business development, customer experience, marketing, and operations. The Experience team is responsible for the look and feel of the products built. We work closely with our users to understand needs, iterate on ideas, and implement elegant solutions that help us compete against top players in the ecommerce industry.
As a User Experience (UX) Design intern, you are a self-starter who is driven to create intuitive solutions that increase productivity. You're a lifelong learner who doesn't require extensive training. You have a passion for understanding user behaviors and needs.
You will be placed on a software squad that represents one of the departments mentioned above. You'll play an integral part in improving the foundation of our business every day, working alongside full-time engineers and product managers on real projects.
Preferred skills:
-Prototyping (low and high fidelity)
-Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma etc.)
-HTML
-CSS/SCSS
-JavaScript Application Frameworks (React, Knockout etc.)
-Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
-Testing methodologies
