What would happen if you could transport a Renaissance-dancing master into the 21st century? And what would Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers sound like if they were wooing in the modern era?

Join the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Wind Ensemble on December 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Kimball Recital Hall as they overlay past and present in a program featuring Jacob’s classic “William Byrd Suite,” Hesketh’s new “Danceries, Set II,” Prokofiev’s dramatic suite from “Romeo and Juliet,” and Tchaikovsky’s zany “Dance of the Jesters.

Tickets for the Glenn Korff School of Music event are General Admission $5; Student/Seniors $3
