Free Fitness Classes and T.N.T. Intensive Fitness Program

All group fitness and mind•body classes at the Campus Rec Center and East Campus Activities Building are free Aug. 20-26. Eighty-seven classes are offered during the week at varying times each day.

Popular classes are Zumba, Pilates, Booty Call, Pilates, REV, and TRX Training. New classes include R.I.P.P.E.D., Core Craze, and Plyo Punch.

Students can also enjoy a free trial of T.N.T. Intensive Fitness Aug. 20-307 on Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 7 to 8 a.m. in Cook Pavilion.

If you are inspired by P90X or Insanity, the UNL's own program is for you. T.N.T. is packed with revolutionary workouts proven to transform overall fitness. Due to the high cardio strength demand, this program is recommended for individuals who have exercised consistently during the previous six month period.
