Morrill Hall offers free Thursday nights

The University of Nebraska State Museum is offering free admission to Morrill Hall on Thursday nights in February. The museum, which is celebrating its 140th anniversary this year, will be open free of charge, 4:30 to 8 p.m., Feb. 3, 10, 17 and 24.

After February, Morrill Hall will continue to be open until 8 p.m. Thursdays. Regular admission will be charged starting March 3. The museum is open 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursdays.

Mueller Planetarium, located inside the museum, will present the fulldome show "Black Holes" Thursdays at 7 p.m. in February. Regular admission to Mueller Planetarium fulldome shows will apply and tickets to planetarium shows can be purchased at the front desk of the museum.
