Stand-Up Paddleboard Core Fusion classes will be held 2-3 p.m. Mar. 1-18 at the Mabel Lee Hall pool. Designed for water-lovers, participants will play with balance, focus and core strength by taking their core fusion practice to stand up paddleboards. All equipment is provided.
Fees are $36 for UNL students or Campus Rec members and $50 for General Public. Registration is open online until the day of the class (at the link below) or in person at the Campus Rec Center or East Fitness Center (FFAB).
