Have you tried every gimmick to lose weight with the only result being to shed a few pounds that you end up gaining back later? You are not alone, and UNL now has a program that can teach you lose those unwanted pounds for good.

Well on Your Weigh! is a 12-week group interactive lifestyle program that will teach you the skills and knowledge needed to manage your weight in a healthy, fun, safe environment.

Group exercises, education classes, and support sessions are led weekly by licensed and certified professional staff who have more than 30 years of combined weight loss experience. They will help you improve your eating, get you active with exercise and provide you with motivation and the skills to succeed.
