On Sunday, October 9 at 3:00 p.m. in Kimball Recital Hall, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music Symphony Orchestra opens its 2016-17 concert season with a program of music by Haydn, Kodály, and Enescu. Members of the Symphony Orchestra include students from throughout the university. The ensemble’s objectives are to prepare and present a wide variety of repertoire including chamber, symphonic, and operatic masterworks, and to maintain professional standards of musicianship and etiquette within a collegial and supportive educational atmosphere.

The performance will be live Webcast. Visit music.unl.edu for the direct link the day of the performance. Tickets are General Admission $5; Student/Seniors $3.
