The goal: A fun weekend for parents and UNL students to get together, see how things are going and have a fun time while learning more about UNL and spending time together. Timed so that students have had a chance to attend classes, settle into their housing, try the food, and figure out what is great for them and what they may need a little support with while working on their education at UNL.
What would make a fun activity for you during the weekend? What would make a fun activity for your student during the weekend? We would love to have ideas from both parents and students now. We want you both to have a good time and to have some happy memories. If you have ideas you are willing to share, please send them to Tonda Humphress at thumphress1@unl.edu.
If you have attended UNL Parents Weekend in the past and would be interested in volunteering to help with this event, please let Tonda know.
