Raise Money for your RSO with a Benefit Night

Noodles & Co.

We here at Noodles & Co. would like to discuss some more opportunities that we currently have available that can help you raise money for your RSO.

If you have an upcoming event coming up that you are hosting we can donate prizes for silent auctions or raffles.

We offer a tasting which is a sampling of our menu. There is no charge to your group and we feed you family style. We ask that you come hungry and with open minds so we can teach you a little about the menu. Also we ask that we preset up a date and time for the tasting so we can schedule accordingly. We can accommodate a group of 4-8people so this could be great time for executives to have a meeting while getting some great food!

If you cater food to any of your meetings have a catering program for bulk orders. This new program is called Square Bowls. We can usually deliver if we have at least a 24-hour notice, it is over $100 and we have the address.

Possibly the greatest opportunity we can offer to RSOs would be a benefit night.

This is where we open our doors to whomever you advertise to by flier, e-mail and word of mouth. We typically do them from Monday through Thursday nights from 4pm to close but we can do them any night of the week. There is no charge to you except if you wish to print off the PDF flier that we e-mail to you. You would print it off yourself. We also ask that volunteers from the club or organization volunteer to help with the volume of people we experience, meaning that they help bus tables and direct people where to go when they walk in the door, also to say thanks for helping as they walk out the door. After the event we give you a check from our business office in about 6 weeks for 25% of the sales that you bring in for the event. We ask that you do your advertising outside of the 4 walls of our restaurant so that we can truly tell how well you have done on marketing your benefit. We ask that you and your group advertise prior to the night of the event and do not hand out fliers on our property. We like to set up a benefit approximately 4-6 weeks in advance to give you plenty of time to advertise and market your event. Dress Code for volunteers on the night of the event is closed toed shoes and appropriate attire for a family restaurant.

We also can do mock interviews for career education classes.
