The Clifton Strengths Institute is looking for potential Student Strengths Coaches to work with first-year students in the College of Business and be part of a groundbreaking approach to student success. You’ll be trained and certified as a Clifton Institute Student Strengths Coach and you’ll work with a team of 80 strengths coaches helping students maximize their CliftonStrengths to increase levels of engagement in academics and co-curricular activities and have higher life well-being.
Your Role
Enroll in MNGT (398)- Strengths Coach Training Course to become certified as a Strengths Coach on the CliftonStrengths Assessment
Two one-on-one coaching sessions with 10 incoming students participating in BSAD 111, an 8-week course
Lead a team of 10 students on a small group project
Monitor your 10 students' progress on Canvas
Collaborate with 80 Student Strengths Coaches to continue your strengths development
