Every month we will spotlight one advisor nominated by their RSO. This month, we highlight Kelli Britten, advisor of the Advertising Club.
"Kelli Britten, faculty adviser for Ad Club in the College of Journalism and Mass Communications for adviser of the month. Kelli has an infectious enthusiasm that propels student engagement in the organization. She dedicates countless hours to offering students incredible opportunities to meet professionals in advertising and public relations, network, gain skills and advance their careers. Sophomore Aleah Karimi recently said of Ad Club, “I love the people here. It’s chill, but it’s also professional. I love having interesting conversations with professionals and panels. The people keep me coming back.” Last fall, Kelli organized an entire speaker series around the club’s weekly meetings and invited prominent professionals in to work with students. Her dedication to supporting and growing Ad Club is really second to none."
