Karl Reinhard, environmental archaeologist with the School of Natural Resources, will present “Pollen as Evidence: Investigations of Mummies” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, at The Happy Raven, 112 N 11th St., Lincoln, Nebraska.

The event is part of Science Café, a science-based series based out of the University of Nebraska State Museum. The event is free and for those 21 and older. Food will be available for purchase from the Gilded Swine.

Reinhard will talk about his research: How pollen can be used as evidence to uncover information about the past.
