The SAP support team is working on annual maintenance and upgrades to University of Nebraska SAP applications, including Firefly. Because of the volume and complexity of the enhancements this year, it will take three days to complete this task.
Firefly and the SAP R/3 system will NOT be available on the following days: Friday, Dec. 17, Saturday, Dec. 18 and Sunday, Dec. 19.
It is expected that Firefly and the SAP R/3 system will be up and running on Dec. 20, and both will be available as usual during the 2010 holiday break, although with limited help desk support.
