Mueller Planetarium announces fulldome schedule

Mueller Planetarium in the NU State Museum's Morrill Hall unveils the new fulldome show "Forces of Nature" on Feb. 9.

"Forces of Nature" is a new National Geographic production showcasing the science behind natural disasters like volcanoes, earthquakes and tornadoes. Running time is 40 minutes.

The updated schedule (through April 26) for fulldome shows at Mueller Planetarium is:

— "Forces of Nature," 7 p.m., Thursdays; 3 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays

— "Light Years from Andromeda," 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays

“Light Years from Andromeda” is a story of cosmic distances and humanity's quest to understand the universe. Running time is 40 minutes.

Planetarium tickets can be purchased at the museum's front desk. With a valid NCard, admission is $3 for UNL staff, faculty, students and immediate family members.
