Microsoft has released a new Outlook app for iOS and Android, January 29. These new Outlook apps will work with Office 365, Exchange, Outlook.com, Yahoo Mail, Gmail and other e-mail services. Microsoft plans to replace the Outlook Web Apps (OWA) for iOS and Android, as well as the Outlook.com app for Android with these new Outlook apps.
ITS has verified that these new apps work with our Office365 environment. The Outlook apps for iOS and Android are currently a preview, and as such, some bugs are to be expected. If you are currently experiencing issues with your mobile email client, feel free to try the new Outlook for iOS and Android.
