The fall semester is well underway. Now is the time to establish solid routines for balancing academics, home, work, and social aspects of your well-being. If you haven’t already, take the Well Being Assessment. Each of the dimensions of well-being feature an individual set of questions. Scores within each dimension reflect your level of well-being within that dimension, with a higher score indicating better well-being. The results can give you insight into what you are already doing well, and where you might need some added support from our great UNL student support services.
ACADEMIC ADVISING
Advising appointments are available for meetings via In-Person or Zoom. This week those appointments are 30 minutes to help answer more questions about drop and add, scheduling, or class questions. Appointments will move to 45 minutes later in the semester. Visit MyPLAN to schedule an appointment. Instructions for connecting to the Zoom meeting are in your appointment confirmation email sent to your huskers.unl.edu email account.
If you need help identifying or connecting with other advisors or a career coach, contact the CAS Academic and Career Advising Center at casadvising@unl.edu or (402) 472-4190.
