Humanities Nebraska Internships

I hope your transition into fall semester is going well. I am writing to share two internship opportunities at Humanities Nebraska, as we seek a program intern and a communications intern. If you know of students who would be interested in a meaningful internship experience at a statewide nonprofit focused on the public humanities, please share with them. The communications intern will assist with our active social media presence, website updates, drafting press releases, content for our weekly eblasts, and other related activities. The program intern focuses primarily on our Prime Time Family Reading programs and assisting with data collection, survey responses, and other evaluation and reporting needs, but also assists with other program areas. HN interns start at $13/hr and typically work 10 hrs/week at our office downtown in the Lincoln Community Foundation building. The deadline to apply is Sept. 8, or until the positions are filled.
