March 20 - Undergraduate Studios Closing

Consistent with Chancellor Green’s announcement on Wednesday, March 18 regarding additional steps that UNL will take to lead through the tremendous change brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, additional guidance regarding ongoing research and creative activities during this time is provided below.

Effective 7:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020 all UNL academic building exterior entry doors will be automatically locked and will require your N-Card to gain access. In addition, all undergraduate studios will closed and be unavailable to students. If you have supplies that you will need to work remotely, you will have until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow to retrieve them. If you are unable to do so, no supplies will be disposed of. You will be able to pick any left behind materials once the buildings re-open.

We apologize for this situation and the short notice. This has been a very difficult time with equally as difficult decisions. Your patience and flexibility is deeply appreciated. While you may not have access to our facilities for the time being, we know that you will work creatively to continue to make your work.
