Info Session for Hixson-Lied student grants is Sept. 20
The second of two informational sessions for Hixson-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts students to learn more about applying for Hixson-Lied student grants is Tuesday, Sept. 20 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in Westbrook Rm. 114.
Associate Dean Christopher Marks will give a short overview of the student grants available and then answer questions.
Available student grants to be covered in these informational sessions include Student Study Grants (International or Domestic), Student Presentation of Scholarly/Creative Activity Grants, and Undergraduate and Graduate Student Scholarly and Creative Activity Grants.
The first deadline for grant applications is Sept. 30 for the spring or summer term.

The college's $18 million Hixson-Lied Endowment distributes more than $200,000 annually for student creative projects and travel, scholarships and fellowships, guest lecture/artists series, study abroad, extracurricular projects and learning opportunities provided through the Lied Center for Performing Arts and Sheldon Museum of Art.
