December 5th National Day of Mourning
Due to the National Day of Mourning for former President George H.W. Bush please record your time appropriately as noted below.
Monthly Employees – No action needed unless you have submitted for the day off in which case you should delete your submission.
Permanent Biweekly (hourly) Employees – In your time sheet please record your daily FTE for Wed the 5th as Admin Leave in ESS time. For part time people, admin time for this day is based on your FTE therefore if you normally work more on Wednesday then your FTE calculates the additional time will need to be made up on another day this week or taken as vacation. Temporary/student employees are not eligible for administrative leave, therefore any time normally worked on Wednesday’s will need to be entered without pay (UNPL) or as vacation (Using ESS Leave) for those that are eligible for vacation leave.
