Sri Kidambi, associate professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering, and his team presented their work at the virtual FASEB Liver Biology Conference June 16-17.
Shudipto Dishari, assistant professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering, and graduate students Seefat Farzin and Ehsan Zamani, had their paper “Unraveling Depth-Specific Ionic Conduction and Stiffness Behavior across Ionomer Thin Films and Bulk Membranes,” published in the journal ACS Macro Letters: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/acsmacrolett.1c00110
Markeya Peteranetz, learning assessment coordinator in the Engineering and Computing Education Core, wrote a paper on changes in computer science students’ goals during a semester, and it was accepted for the IEEE Frontiers in Education Conference, to be held Oct. 13-16 in Lincoln.
A team from the Architectural Engineering program earned a $10,000 prize in the 2021 NCEES Engineering Education Award competition. Nebraska teams have won awards in five of the past six competitions. https://go.unl.edu/e8gc
The College of Engineering is offering summer shuttle service between Lincoln and Omaha through Aug. 12 with an adjusted schedule.
