Post-Career Fair Follow Up

We hope you had a great experience connecting with employers at the career fairs last week. The College of Business had the highest attendance out of all other academic colleges- thank you for attending! Here are a few tips for following up with employers post-career fairs.

1. Connect with representatives you met with on LinkedIn. Then, follow the company on LinkedIn.

2. Send a thank you LinkedIn message, email, or note to the representatives you spoke with. Express appreciation for their time and share something from your conversation that stood out to you. Include your name and the day you attended the career fair.

3. Reflect on your experience. What did you learn? What worked well for you or what will you do differently when you attend future career fairs?
