FRUITY WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
(Makes 4 servings)

1/2 cup skim milk
2 Tablespoon margarine, melted
1 egg
1 cup flour (1/2 cup whole wheat and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour)
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup blueberries or your favorite fruit
