Explore the scenic paths on a fall afternoon ride with UNL Outdoor Adventures. Stops include Sheldon Museum of Art to view the galleries and then later, a spot to create art of your own. Bikes, helmets, and some art supplies are provided. Cost is $5 for UNL students; Nov 8 is the deadline to signup.

The Weekender: Free Bowling is everyday

UNL students bowl for free seven days a week at the East Union's Husker Bowling Center. Games are now even more exciting with the addition of over 100 video and light effects that interact with balls in the lanes. Throw a fireball, race a car, fire a cannon, and more. Reserve a lane time online.

Conversation tables immerse students in language

Speaking a second language in a conversational manner can provide a powerful supplement to what students are learning in the classroom. The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures hosts conversation tables to aid students learning and give them an opportunity to practice in a relaxed setting.
