Explore the scenic paths on a fall afternoon ride with UNL Outdoor Adventures. Stops include Sheldon Museum of Art to view the galleries and then later, a spot to create art of your own. Bikes, helmets, and some art supplies are provided. Cost is $5 for UNL students; Nov 8 is the deadline to signup.

Speaking a second language in a conversational manner can provide a powerful supplement to what students are learning in the classroom. The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures hosts conversation tables to aid students learning and give them an opportunity to practice in a relaxed setting.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Student Observatory is hosting open houses from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. every Thursday through Dec. 17. The observatory is located on the top of the Stadium Drive Parking Garage.
