The Red Memorial, an annual University of Nebraska–Lincoln remembrance for the lives of students who died during the current academic year, will take place from 4 to 5 p.m. May 9, 2025. Six students will be honored.
Pinnacle Bank Arena will host a ceremony for students earning graduate and professional degrees, 3 p.m. May 16, and two ceremonies for those earning bachelor’s degrees, 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. May 17. [Jordan Opp | University Communication and Marketing]
UNL will confer about 3,700 degrees during commencement exercises May 16 and 17 at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Chancellor Rodney D. Bennett will preside over the ceremonies. No tickets are required for the ceremonies, and there is no limit to the number of guests per graduate.
