The Pacifica Quartet has achieved international recognition as one of the finest chamber ensembles performing today. The Quartet will preform on Saturday, Sept 7, 7:30 p.m. at the Johnny Carson Theater, 12th & R Sts. OLLI members receive two for one tickets at the door the night of the concert.
Scott Anderson, UNL professor of music, will be the featured guest on September 13 and 15, NET's Ron Hull Studio, 1800 N. 33rd St. He is the head of the Brass and Percussion Area and trombonist in the University of Nebraska Brass Quintet.

The E.N. Thompson Forum on World Issues at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln has announced its 2019-20 season. This year, the forum will welcome three global human rights activists and acclaimed international speakers: Nadia Murad, Leymah Gbowee and Farah Pandith.
