This contest has two parts related to the Family Consumer Science topics of Foods & Nutrition, Human Development, Home Environment, Clothing & Textiles, Personal Finance and Healthy Living. The first part of the contest is developing and presenting an oral solution to a challenging situation. 4-H’ers will pick their oral question from three choices. The second part of the contest is completing a 4-question written placing test where 4-H’ers will rank a set of solutions from best to worst. Scores from each part will be combined to determine ribbon placings and champions.
