UNL's Behlen Observatory near Mead will be open to the public 7:30-10 p.m. Nov. 12. Featured celestial objects include the moon, Jupiter, Uranus, two kinds of star clusters, double or multiple stars and the Ring Nebula in Lyra. The International Quilt Study Center and Museum will present the first U.S. exhibition exclusively devoted to the French needlework tradition, "broderie de Marseille," Nov. 13.
