1. Don't Cram for Exams
- Plan out your study schedule in advance to help maximize your time
- Don't forget to take short 10 - 15 minute breaks to give your brain a breather
2. Find time to Exercise
- Even if it's just for 30 minutes, a bit of exercise will be super helpful for you
3. Eat Breakfast
- Pick up a breakfast sandwich from Yes Chef to fuel up for your day
4. Sleep!
- It is important for your body to maintain a regular sleep schedule
5. Schedule a study "breakout room" in Hawks Hall or on campus
- Visit https://unlscheduling.nebraska.edu/ to find a quiet spot to study
