----->What is your company culture like?
++>My favorite way to describe it is "We take VMInnovations seriously, we do not take ourselves seriously" We are a very hard working, focused team. VMInnovations has grown from very humble, lean beginnings so we take this approach even now as a $125M company. Our organizational structure is very flat, because we focus on cultivating Leaders rather than Managers. Leadership is not based on position, instead on performance and earning your team's respect. This type of structure allows for high performing individuals to stand out and make an impact. Our office culture is very casual. The entire team works in one large room that encourages communication and collaboration within and across departments. Dress code is t-shirts and jeans and we enjoy a music request system and Friday afternoon beers. Outside the office we plan frequent events for everyone to enjoy including concerts, sporting events, plays and musicals. The highlight of the year is always the company trip, which was in San Diego this summer.

----->Why should a student want to work for your company
++>VMInnovations offers an opportunity unlike other companies in Lincoln. We are a rapidly growing company in a thriving industry. We believe that we have only scratched the surface of what we will do in the Ecommerce industry. The environment at VMInnovations is one in which each person can make an impact on the business and develop leadership skills. Not only is VMInnovations a great career move, it also provides benefits outside the office that other companies cannot match.

----->What majors/interest areas does your company typically seek?
++>We hire new grads for a variety of different positions: Customer Experience, Accounting, Operations, Merchandising, Software Engineering. Typically we look for business majors with a large breadth of knowledge of the business world and an excitement for Ecommerce or other technical industries.

----->Do you currently have any open positions, if so, what are they?
++>Yes, we are continuously hiring for these positions: Customer Experience, Accounting, Operations, Merchandising, Software Engineering.
