||What is your company culture like?||
For more than seven decades, Waddell & Reed has carefully crafted a culture of success that is driven by performance and defined in seven words: clients, character, commitment, convergence, creation, competitiveness and camaraderie. 2. Character - In spirit, and in practice, we will meet or exceed the ethical and operating standards that govern our business.
3. Commitment - We will bring a sense of urgency to our work every day, giving the best of ourselves to our clients and to our organization.
4. Convergence - We bring unique value to our clients through the combination of a proven, experienced investment management team and a national network of talented Financial Advisors.
5. Creation - We always will be focused on building upon our team of Financial Advisors, our product and service offerings, and our results.
6. Competitiveness - We will be competitive - in products, services and professional acumen - with other providers in the investment management and financial planning business.
7. Camraderie - We will continue always to foster Waddell & Reed's unique, familial culture.
