'Dark Horse' will compete as a wild-card entrant at the 2018 National Concrete Canoe Competition, held at San Diego State University on June 23-25.
This is the first time UNO ASCE has qualified for a national competition.
CIVE sophomore Victoria Burbridge has been named to Franco's List, which recognizes students of outstanding agent of character and integrity.
