As part of MLK Week, join OASIS for a Conversation with the African and African American Studies Program of the Institute for Ethnic Studies. How has violence been central to the creation and maintenance of white supremacy in the U.S. and South Africa? When, how, and why have Black people deployed violence in liberation struggles?
